International Language and Basketball Camp in Alicante

International basketball camp in Spanish and English, with professional basketball coaches and assistants from both Spain and Europe.

It is an International Development Basketball Camp for campers aged 14 to 18 who already have experience of playing basketball (4 years minimum).

1 week Basketball Camp in July —12 to 18 July 2026 -the stay can be extended until 20 July if combined with the camp in Murcia — in Alicante, Mediterranean Coast of Spain. International Basketball training camp for girls and boys in Europe.

Residential Basketball Camp or Day Camp with language lessons or without Spanish lessons.

It is a Basketball Training Summer Camp abroad and it includes basketball training sessions in Spanish and English (an average of 6.30 hours per day Monday to Saturday -morning & afternoon sessions plus 2 days per week evening sessions. Wednesday & Saturday morning sessions only -approx. 36 hours/week), 2 optional language lessons per day, free time activities, sightseeings, beach trip and other excursions at the weekend. Individual transfer on request.

14th International Language and Basketball Camp 2026 Highlights

• Location: Alicante, Valencia region, Spain
• Basketball Training camp: Morning & afternoon training sessions for all participants with 6.30 hours per day devoted to basketball Monday to Saturday with a ratio of one coach per 8-10 players: lectures or Basketball video analysis, training focussing on individual technique, on tactic, group training and basketball competition (3 x 3, 5 x 5).
• Language course on request -Spanish or English-: 2 lessons per day of language classes in small groups with teachers with extensive experience. 8 hours per week -Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday.
• Accommodation: residential Basketball Camp. 3-Star Hotel-Residence in Alicante near the basketball camp facilities, accommodation in twin room -single room on request- in a hotel with swimming pool, gym, TV room, Internet access, homemade buffet-style menus for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Live-in chaperones.
• Activities: residential participants take part in guided sightseeing visits. These visits include the city of Alicante (Santa Bárbara Castle, Museum of Archeology, Bonfires Museum, etc.), beach trip, shopping evening, etc. Evening activities every day
• Excursion: participants attending one week in Alicante and one week in Murcia have two excursions: to an adventure park on Saturday and to a water park on Sunday.
• Timetable: activities throughout each day from 8am to 23pm.
• Insurance: travel, medical, accident and civil liability insurance for all residential participants (medical, accident and civil liability for day campers)
• General information: airport and train/bus station pick-up service, arrival and departure times, the first day at camp, what to bring, supervision, laundry, email/telephone access, documents to bring to the camp, pocket money...
• Options and prices: day basketball camp or overnight residential basketball camp with 2 options single room or twin room accommodation.

Campers will be in an ideal environment where, under the guidance of Spanish and foreign professional basketball coaches and qualified language teachers, they will not only get the most out of their stay, but will also have the perfect conditions to practice their Spanish/English and develop their basketball skills.
